Collaborate with clinical teams, actuaries, and claims professionals to evaluate medical risks and define policy terms. Apply and interpret underwriting protocols in alignment with Tru Doc’s standards and global compliance frameworks. Deliver detailed risk assessments and recommendations for group and individual healthcare plans. Stay updated on evolving medical trends, innovations, and potential health risk factors. Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, decisions, and communications. Participate in regular case reviews and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Support pre-authorization reviews, claims evaluations, and eligibility for wellness and preventive care programs. Desired Candidate Profile 2–5 years of experience in clinical practice, healthcare administration, or underwriting. Strong analytical skills and confident decision-making abilities. Knowledge of insurance frameworks, healthcare delivery systems, and medical coding. Proficiency with medical data systems and digital tools.
