Senior Manager – Credit & Structuring

Direct message the job poster from Emirates Islamic The purpose of the role is to handle the key function in Wealth Management related to Lombard/ Real Estate financing related to PB and PRB customers. Primarily, the job holder is expected to: Manage a team of assistant managers handling the operations and governance in the fields of Lombard/Real Estate financing and ensure that the operations and governance of these products is being handled seamlessly without any issues. Identify the pain points and enhance the products, processes and systems related to the Lombard/RE financing for High net-worth individuals Train the frontlines and the team on the product, processes and systems on continual basis Job Responsibility: Identify the pain points related to operations and governance control at various stages of Lombard/RE financing product and implement ideas/processes and systems to overcome the same Ensure that the relevant process documents are up to date and are filed properly Attend meeting with the front line and help in closing the housekeeping issues.
