Human Resources Expertise Position Overview The Brand Activation Manager, Pay10 UAE is responsible for bringing Pay10’s brand to life via offline activations that drive merchant acquisition, consumer adoption, brand visibility, and transaction growth. This role is execution-focused, managing the rollout of field marketing programs, merchant activations, on-ground consumer events, and supporting go to market campaigns across key segments. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, operationally strong marketer with deep local market understanding and a proven ability to activate brands in the real world. They will work closely with the Marketing Lead to localize and execute strategic initiatives in the UAE market - driving measurable outcomes in usage, downloads, and merchant sign-ups. Key Responsibilities Offline Activation & Field Marketing Plan and execute on-ground activations targeting merchants (e.g., onboarding events, demo days, merchant roadshows) and consumers (e.g., app download drives, retail activations, QR scan-and-win promotions). Lead merchant engagement initiatives in key localities, including in-store promotions, QR deployment support, and educational campaigns about Pay10 APM benefits. Deliver activations in collaboration with sales and ops teams to align with merchant pipeline priorities and segment-specific goals. Identify and activate high-footfall zones, community hotspots, and retail hubs for hyperlocal engagement. Events & Sponsorships Manage Pay10 UAE’s brand presence at UAE-based industry events, trade shows, including booth experience, giveaways, signage, and branded assets. Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure all activation materials meet brand standards and resonate with UAE audiences. Source, onboard, and manage activation vendors including event planners, promoters, designers, and production teams. Ensure on-time delivery and budget discipline across all activations and merchandise deployment. Maintain a UAE-specific database of venues, promotional partners, and event vendors. Performance Measurement & Reporting Track effectiveness of activations via KPIs such as merchant leads, app downloads, footfall, conversion rates, and brand awareness uplift. Provide regular post-activation reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations for improvement. Maintain a monthly activation calendar and ensure alignment with regional sales and product teams. Internal & Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the UAE marketing operations lead, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams including Growth Marketing, PR, Creative, Sales, and Product. Align local execution with global brand messaging, compliance, and visual standards. Qualifications & Experience 5–7 years of experience in marketing activation, event marketing, or field marketing in the UAE. Wider GCC experience is desirable. Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, telecom, or consumer tech is a must. Demonstrated success in managing offline activations that drive commercial outcomes. Proven ability to plan and execute events, retail activations, and brand campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Deep knowledge of UAE consumer behavior, merchant ecosystem, and regional marketing landscape. Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills. Arabic, Urdu or Hindi language skills a plus; fluency in English required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of marketing tools (Asana, Trello, Google Workspace) preferred. Willingness to travel within the UAE for activations and field visits. Must have valid UAE driver’s license. Eventually this role will support other GCC markets.
