Responsibilities Assist senior architects in developing architectural designs and building plans. Prepare detailed architectural drawings and sketches using design software tools. Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical elements. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and gather necessary information. Research building codes, construction standards, and materials for projects. Participate in client meetings to discuss design concepts and project updates. Create 3D visualizations and models to present architectural concepts effectively. Support the production of construction documents and permit applications. Collaborate with contractors to address any design-related issues on-site. Assist in the preparation and revision of project documentation and reports. Work closely with the design team to ensure all environmental considerations are included. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the architectural process. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field required. Proficiency in CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other architectural software applications. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for success.
