Currently, we are hiring for the following role: Advisor – Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) Location: Abu Dhabi Site Industry: Experience with villas, hospitality, residential Middle East Experience is required What You’ll Be Doing: Be the go-to SH&E expert across projects and field operations Conduct daily contractor inspections, audits, and follow-ups on SH&E compliance Report observations, track close-outs, and ensure issues are resolved on time Monitor site conditions, assess risk, and help mitigate hazards in real-time Investigate incidents and workplace hazards, identify root causes, and recommend solutions Support the development and roll-out of safety programs, systems, and procedures Stay current with UAE legislation and emerging global safety trends Work hand-in-hand with project teams to embed safety into every stage of delivery What You Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (mandatory for candidates with engineering backgrounds) 10+ years of SH&E experience, with a focus on field inspections and compliance Deep knowledge of UAE SH&E laws and regulatory standards Skilled in safety audits, reporting tools, and risk assessment techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage all levels of stakeholders Proven ability to implement health and safety programs from the ground up A calm, analytical mindset with a solutions-first attitude What Sets You Apart: Experience working in complex, fast-paced construction or infrastructure environments Excellent track record in HSE leadership and behavioral safety initiatives Tech-savvy approach to SH&E reporting and analysis If interested, please share your resumes at With over 90 years of combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
