Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced candidates to join our team as Chef De Partie- Pastry Chef . The key duties & responsibilities of this position include: Specialized in preparing celebration cakes . Creating pastries, baked goods, and confectionaries by following a standard recipe. Developing new recipes in coordination with the Executive Chef/Sous Chef. Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure a tasteful and attractive presentation. Ensure all food leaving the kitchen is of the highest quality and up to the required standard. Prepare requisitions for all required items based on stock and business needs. Check items upon arrival and inform the Executive Chef/Sous Chef about the quality. Check daily functions and prepare food accordingly and effectively. Endeavor to maintain employee productivity, provide continuous training & development to employees. Motivate employees, listen to their concerns, and handle all types of grievances as per company procedures, with the assistance of the HOD or HR department if required. Ensure familiarity with raw materials and supplies, their care, proper storage, and usage procedures. Ensure familiarity with baking styles, methods, raw materials, and strictly conform to approved standard recipes and menus. Proficient with local health and safety regulations, as well as HACCP. Strong organizational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility. Excellent team management, communication, and listening skills. Degree/Diploma in Culinary. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or related professional area. Ability to work independently as a team member with minimal supervision. Available to join immediately, preferably located in UAE on Visit or Cancelled Visa. #J-18808-Ljbffr
