We're looking for a Digital Trading Director who can blend speed, commercial instinct, and tech fluency to drive our multi-brand online business to the next level. What You’ll Own: Revenue ownership for all ecommerce P&Ls across territories, channels, and categories Daily trading performance , from conversion and funnel performance to sell-through and margins Mid-to-bottom funnel optimisation , using data to drive decisions on CRO, customer journey, and demand capture UX/UI best practices , constantly iterating to remove friction and improve experience across devices Trading & pricing models , managing complexity across brands, countries, currencies and seasons Automation of pricing and merchandising levers to increase scalability Launch calendars, trading rhythms and reporting cadences that balance agility with visibility What You’ll Bring: Native to online—fashion ecommerce is second nature to you A strategic thinker who can zoom out to plan but gets in the weeds to execute Experience leading and mentoring high-performance teams across digital, analytics, and pricing Fluency in tools, platforms and systems —from GA4 to ecommerce CMS, pricing engines and visual merchandising tools Relentless focus on conversion, units, and profitability —you know your AOV from your CVR, and how to move them both A strong test-and-learn culture , always hunting for incremental gains Experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, tech, design, ops, and buying teams Comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environments where decisions get made quickly Bonus Points For: Global experience, especially Europe, Middle East, and Asia Experience scaling ecommerce in both DTC and marketplace environments Familiarity with on-demand or vertical manufacturing models Seniority level Seniority level Director Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Strategy/Planning, Business Development, and Other Industries Industries Retail Apparel and Fashion, Online and Mail Order Retail, and Retail Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at SUMWON STUDIOS by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Trading Director” roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
