About the Role As Office Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations facilities management vendor coordination and administrative support across LINKVIVAs three regional offices. You will ensure every workspace is professional compliant welcoming and fully operational enhancing both employee productivity and client impressions. What Youll Do Manage Office Operations & Facilities Ensure all offices are clean organized and compliant; maintain contracts insurance and maintenance records. Conduct Regular Office Audits Perform biweekly audits at the Abu Dhabi office and maintain regular oversight with KSA representatives submitting actiondriven reports. Handle Landlord Relations Manage rental renewals maintenance negotiations and property management liaison across all locations. Supervise Office Support Staff Oversee office boys manage daily task completion and maintain inventory of supplies and office equipment. Manage Visitor Experience Ensure a professional guest experience oversee visitor logs and manage meeting room scheduling and hospitality standards. Maintain Documentation & Compliance Keep all facility contracts insurance and operational records updated and accessible. About You Operations Expert Deep understanding of office management facilities coordination and vendor oversight. Highly Organized & Detail Oriented Able to manage multiple locations and keep operations running smoothly. Strong Communicator & Negotiator Skilled in handling property managers suppliers and internal stakeholders. Proactive & Solutions Driven Anticipates needs solves problems and takes ownership of all office matters. Professional & People Focused Dedicated to fostering a productive organized and welcoming environment. What You Need to Apply Bachelors degree in Business Administration Facilities Management or related field. Minimum 5 years experience in office management or facilities coordination roles. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook). Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Strong interpersonal negotiation and organizational skills.
