1. Job Summary The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the project site supply chain, including manpower, equipment, and machinery. This role ensures the smooth and efficient allocation of resources for site operations, manages inventory, and maintains accurate records. 2. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily site supply chain activities, including manpower allocation, equipment deployment, and machinery utilization. Monitor site resource requirements and ensure timely availability to prevent project delays. Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of materials and supplies. Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resources. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards at the project site. Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to align supply chain activities with project timelines. 3. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination within the construction industry. Strong understanding of coordination and procurement processes.
