Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for building and optimizing dashboards, automating reporting workflows, and delivering insights that support business performance, forecasting, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative spirit to deliver scalable analytics solutions that empower teams across the company. Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs related to sales performance, lead generation, customer behavior, marketing ROI, and financial performance. Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover business trends, identify areas of opportunity, and support data-driven strategic planning. Automate data collection, cleaning, validation, and reporting processes using tools such as Power BI, Python, or R. Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes by providing historical insights and building predictive models. Lead efforts to promote self-service analytics by creating intuitive dashboards and reusable data assets tailored to the needs of different teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance). Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights that improve processes and team outcomes. Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy through rigorous validation, documentation, and continuous improvement of data sources and pipelines. Analyze existing operational workflows and systems, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements to enhance process efficiency and scalability. Provide project management and technical leadership on analytics-related initiatives. Requirements : 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or relevant analytical roles. Proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and using tools like R, Python, or SQL to analyze large datasets. Experience creating compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI to communicate findings effectively. Proactive in identifying data anomalies and developing solutions, demonstrating strong critical thinking skills. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights to support business decisions. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports. Familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools can be a plus.
