About the Role: Officer - Commercial Assets is responsible for managing and overseeing the operational activities related to the commercial asset portfolio. The role includes ensuring that commercial asset transactions, leasing, and management of the portfolio are handled efficiently and in compliance with company policies, while also supporting the overall strategic objectives of the Commercial Assets department. Responsibilities: Assist in the management and monitoring of the commercial asset portfolio, ensuring assets are utilized effectively. Support the assessment of asset performance and recommend improvements or adjustments as necessary. Ensure all assets are maintained, and rental income is generated according to lease agreements. Coordinate and support lease negotiations, renewals, and amendments for commercial properties. Maintain an updated record of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Assist in tracking and monitoring the financial performance of commercial assets, including rent collection, cost control, and reporting. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports on asset performance and ensure timely reporting to senior management. Ensure that all legal documentation related to commercial assets is accurate, complete, and complies with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date records of commercial asset transactions and relevant documents. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures in managing commercial assets. Provide administrative support for the Section Head, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing schedules. Assist in ad hoc projects related to commercial asset management as required by the Section Head. Perform other duties as required by upper management. Qualifications: In order to be successful in this role, you should have Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in TAMM.
