Finance Data Analyst

We are seeking a Finance Data Analyst to contribute to client-facing financial analytics projects. This is a remote, project-based opportunity, focused on delivering insights to support decision-making in the financial domain. Key Responsibilities include: Analyze structured financial data including transactions, revenue, expenses, and forecasts Use tools like SQL , Excel , and Python to transform and process datasets Create clear reports and visual dashboards using Power BI or Tableau Track and interpret key financial metrics such as ROI, cost trends, and revenue growth Support the delivery of periodic client reports focused on finance KPIs and operational outcomes Collaborate with data teams to ensure consistency and reliability in financial reporting Preferred Profile: 0–1 year experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or data reporting Familiarity with financial data structures and metrics (e.g., revenue, cost centers, profit margins) Hands-on with tools such as Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) , SQL , and Python (Pandas) Ability to create interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau Strong attention to numerical accuracy, patterns, and data presentation Comfortable working in a remote environment with task-based autonomy Project Scope includes contribution to real client projects in finance or fintech, with deliverables such as data validation, metric tracking, dashboard creation, and insights, with deadlines and scope defined per project.
