We are seeking a talented and motivated BIM Engineer (Emirati) to join our dynamic team. Role Overview: As a BIM Engineer at Parsons, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM). You will collaborate with architects, engineers, planners, and other stakeholders to create detailed 3D models that enhance project efficiency, accuracy, and coordination. This role involves working on various types of projects including infrastructure and road design while leveraging modern work design techniques such as digital twins, digital design, and AI. What You'll Be Doing: Develop and manage 3D BIM models for various construction projects including buildings, infrastructure, and road design. Collaborate with project teams to integrate architectural, structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), infrastructure elements such as roads and utilities into cohesive models. Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment. Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models. Implement modern work design techniques including digital twins for real-time monitoring of project progress. Utilize AI tools to enhance model accuracy and predict potential issues before they arise. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols for BIM processes. Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software workflows as well as emerging technologies like AI in construction. Participate in project meetings to discuss progress challenges and solutions related to the implementation of advanced modeling techniques. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Engineering disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Construction Management or related field. Proven experience as a BIM Engineer or similar role in the construction industry is preferred but not necessary. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD, Civil 3D or similar tools. Strong understanding of building systems including architectural design principles as well as infrastructure elements like roads and utilities. Familiarity with modern work design techniques including digital twins, digital designs, and AI applications within the context of construction projects is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams are essential. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Experience in Dynamo scripting, other automation tools, Common Data environment, willingness to learn and grow in automation, AI, scripting, knowledge of industry standards ISO 19650 and similar guidelines, and information management using building information modeling.
