2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (MERN Stack) About the Role We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with expert-level skills in Node.js and React to join our team and contribute to the continued development of our enterprise-grade Saa S platform. The product supports critical business workflows including invoicing, accounting, and inventory management. This is a hands-on role focused on enhancing and evolving an existing production codebase-not starting from scratch. You will need the ability to deeply understand existing architecture and systems, and then extend, refactor, and optimize it to support a larger user base and modern development standards. Key Responsibilities Work extensively with Node.js (backend) and React (frontend) to extend and improve our current platform Analyze, refactor, and build on top of the existing codebase to enhance functionality, performance, and scalability Design and implement scalable APIs, robust backend services, and efficient database structures Develop clean, responsive, and user-focused frontend interfaces Apply modern security practices across the stack Optimize performance for high-volume, multi-tenant environments Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver high-impact features Contribute to best practices in code quality, documentation, and maintainability Required Qualifications 5+ years of full-stack development experience Deep expertise in Node.js and React.js is essential Strong understanding of the full MERN stack : Mongo DB, Express.js, React, Node.js Proven ability to work with and evolve an existing codebase effectively Experience designing scalable and secure systems Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication strategies, and session management Solid grasp of frontend development patterns, component-based architecture, and state management Knowledge of Mongo DB performance tuning and data modeling Comfortable with Git, CI / CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working on business-critical platforms such as ERP, CRM, or accounting systems Knowledge of multi-tenant Saa S architectures Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems Experience with testing frameworks and performance monitoring tools What We Offer Competitive salary and stock options A key role in shaping a real-world, growing Saa S platform Flexibility in remote work A supportive, collaborative team culture Opportunities for professional growth and ownership A stable foundation and real customers-combined with exciting growth potential Frontend : React.js, Context API / Redux, Material-UI Database : Mongo DB + Mongoose Tools : Git, performance and monitoring tools Apply Now with your resume and examples of your work-especially projects where you worked on enhancing or scaling existing systems.
