Draughtsman - Site Mixed Used Developmemt

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Draughtsman Site for a Mixed Used Development project; to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction project team you will play a crucial role in creating accurate and detailed technical drawings for our mixeduse development projects. Prepare and modify site plans floor plans elevations and sections using CAD software Collaborate with architects engineers and project managers to ensure accurate representation of design concepts Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to create detailed construction documents Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE Conduct site visits to gather information and verify measurements Update and maintain drawing databases and archives Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings Coordinate with other team members to resolve design conflicts and discrepancies Contribute to the development of project specifications and material schedules Stay updated on industry standards new technologies and best practices in drafting and design Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field Minimum 8years of experience as a site draughtsman preferably in mixeduse development projects Proficiency in CAD software particularly Auto CAD and Revit Strong technical drawing and drafting skills with excellent attention to detail Indepth knowledge of building codes and regulations especially those applicable in Dubai and the UAE Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings Solid understanding of construction methods materials and processes Excellent spatial awareness and 3D visualization skills Experience working on largescale construction projects Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines Relevant technical certifications (e.g. Auto CAD certification) are a plus Familiarity with mixeduse development concepts and challenges Willingness to conduct occasional site visits as required Remote Work : No Employment Type : Fulltime #J-18808-Ljbffr
