Responsible for instructing and supervising Foremen, with a focus on overseeing the project/assignments. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Involved in inspection and approval from consultants. Attend technical meetings with consultants and contractors to resolve design and site issues. Follow up on NOC applications. Prepare snag lists and hand over projects to clients. Monitor subcontractor work allocation. Calculate quantities of materials, such as bar bending. Prepare material requisitions and manage re-order levels. Reconcile materials on a weekly/monthly basis. Plan for foremen and ensure timely results. Develop 14-day look-ahead programmes and INR. Ensure RFI/CFI are approved by consultants. Ensure daily productivity targets are met as per forecast within allowable limits. Review and submit shop drawings and technical drawings. Track records of executed work and pass them to the commercial team. Recognize and understand target programmes, and modify them if required. Supervise NDT activities on site. Write reports and method statements. Organize team meetings and conduct site audits. Ensure output meets predefined ISO quality standards. Ensure all activities adhere to safe working practices. Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: Degree in Engineering. 5+ years of experience. Ability to influence, negotiate, and focus on customer satisfaction. Expertise in planning, organizing, scheduling, and coordinating. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
