Royal Wood Factory role at United Al Saqer Group Job Description Royal Joinery has its own dedicated factory to assist clients on high-profile projects that require international expertise and a high level of workmanship, eliminating the need for sourcing sub-contractors and third-party furniture suppliers. Our focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across various projects and sectors through delivering skilled experts with innovative techniques and equipment. Job Title: Accountant Responsibilities Ensure day-to-day accounting of transactions and monthly book closing. Produce accurate monthly accounting reports for the Senior Accountant. Ensure timely invoicing to clients and track collections and outstanding payments. Monthly reconciliation of bank, debtors, creditors, intercompany, and GL accounts. Check bank transactions and prepare documents for bank submission. Prepare journal entries and submit for approval. Coordinate with other departments to update books of accounts. Prepare petty cash statements and update books. Job Requirements 2-3 years UAE experience as an Accountant, preferably in joinery, fit-out, or contracting industries. Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures. Awareness of business processes and trends. Experience with general ledger accounting and month-end/year-end close processes. Hands-on experience with accounting software packages. Advanced MS Office skills, including Vlookups and Pivot Tables. Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong numerical skills. Strong work ethics, professionalism, confidence, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
