Problem Diagnosis: Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software issues; escalate when necessary. Remote Support: Use remote desktop tools for troubleshooting and assistance. Network Configuration: Set up and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks. Connectivity Issues: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems, including IP conflicts and VPN issues. Technical Skills / Competencies Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac OS. Experience supporting end-users, including top management. Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and ITSM tools like Service Desk Plus. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with office automation products and peripherals such as printers and scanners. Knowledge of network security practices and antivirus programs. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting with clear instructions. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
