The People team at Lalamove is responsible for building scalable people frameworks as the company continues its expansion globally. We are a next-gen people team who all share the same passion for the people function and believe it is the single most important factor that drives the success of our company. Role Overview The role will report to the Vice President People and lead our People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams, managing the entire employee lifecycle for our headquarters in Hong Kong. This position will work closely with the Director of People, who oversees our people operations outside HKSAR. What we seek Manage, plan, and execute the full spectrum of People functions including talent acquisition, people operations, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. Lead, manage, and build a strong, collaborative team with effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building, and succession planning. Contribute to the strategic direction and formulation of company-wide people policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives. Support the VP People in understanding the business environment and provide strategic partnership to senior executives along with a strong people vision. Develop a compelling people vision for the functional teams and foster cross-team collaborations to realize this vision. What you'll need Minimum 5 years of HR and management experience, preferably in a high-growth environment. Exposure to business/operations in addition to HR is preferred. Experience with employee relations and talent acquisition across various roles. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
