Direct message the job poster from edari We are looking to hire a Change Manager - Brand Loyalty who will be responsible leading change management for global rebranding, loyalty, and hospitality projects, focusing on impact, training, and engagement for our client based in Dubai - which is one of the largest companies in the region. This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable The role sits within the Change Management Department and reports directly to the Senior Director Loyalty. Key responsibilities: Change Impact Analysis & Management Lead change management strategies and initiatives for digital rebranding and marketing projects, particularly in loyalty programs and hospitality contexts. Conduct impact assessments on both consumers and internal stakeholders, focusing on operational and consumer experience shifts. Work closely with project managers to develop tailored change strategies and ensure that changes align with project goals. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, hotel managers, and business leaders, to ensure alignment and buy-in across global markets. Act as the primary change liaison between project teams and hotel/business units, ensuring that each location understands the value and purpose of the changes. Develop and implement communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared for upcoming changes. Training Development & Delivery Design and develop comprehensive training materials, ensuring relevance and adaptability for global audiences. Coordinate and deliver training sessions for hotel staff and other relevant teams, focusing on new systems, loyalty program updates, and customer engagement strategies. Gather feedback from training sessions and make improvements to training content to meet diverse market needs. Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving Identify potential change-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to address resistance or disruption across consumer and business levels. Proactively manage issues as they arise, working with the project manager and other teams to ensure minimal impact on operations and customer experience. Performance Tracking & Reporting Measure and track the effectiveness of change management efforts, focusing on key metrics such as training completion rates, consumer satisfaction, and operational compliance. Prepare reports for senior management, offering insights on change adoption rates, feedback, and areas for improvement. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably with a focus on digital projects within the hospitality or loyalty marketing sectors. Proven experience in global rebranding or marketing loyalty projects, ideally with a large, multi-market brand. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, particularly in consumer-facing industries. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different cultural and geographical markets. Proficiency in developing training materials and delivering training sessions to diverse, international audiences. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and managing change-related risks. Technical Knowledge Familiarity with project management software and change management tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar). Comfortable using digital training platforms and customer engagement tools relevant to loyalty or hospitality sectors. Knowledge of digital marketing and rebranding best practices, particularly in a global hospitality or consumer context. Availability: Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.
