Institutional Sales Manager - Arabic Speaker (6 month contract) Crypto Jobs Job Description Contract : 6-month contract Location : Remote (Based in Dubai) Language Requirement : Fluent in Arabic and English Experience Required : 1–3 years Sector : Crypto, Institutional Finance, HNW clients Team : Binance VIP Team Client Acquisition : Build a portfolio of institutional and HNW (high-net-worth) clients. Relationship Management : Maintain and deepen client relationships, gather feedback, and communicate client needs. Product Development Support : Collaborate on refining services and products for VIP clients. Strategic Collaboration : Work with local/regional teams to identify new opportunities and market needs. Process Improvement : Help optimize internal processes for service delivery and sales. 1–3 years in sales/client service roles, ideally in finance (banking, investments, trading, etc.) A network of institutional or HNW clients (e.g., private banks, hedge funds, brokers, etc.) Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills. High adaptability and ability to work under pressure. Crypto interest/experience is a plus . Must be fluent in Arabic and English .
