Employment Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities Install and test video production and broadcast equipment and facilities. Set up, operate, and monitor audiovisual connections and transmission lines during broadcasts. Maintain, diagnose, and repair AV and broadcast technology. Design and implement custom AV circuits and hardware solutions. Adhere to safety protocols and fulfill requests from stakeholders. Communicate clearly with team members and keep up with the latest technology trends. Essential Skills & Technical Qualifications Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced understanding of photography concepts such as aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and lenses. Skilled in operating video cameras, production switchers, and chroma keying technology. Background in electronic engineering and AV communication systems. Proficient in SDI infrastructure. Strong IT skills and experience managing projects. Creative and effective at troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management abilities. Able to remain composed under pressure and collaborate well within a team. Good color vision and hearing. Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
