We're Hiring! The Client Services team is a global group of account management professionals specializing in Website, Software, e Learning, Gaming Localization, Website Development, Enterprise Relationships, and Program Management. We are seeking a goal-oriented, energetic, and talented individual with a passion for problem solving. The Client Services Associate / Localization Account Manager maintains and expands client relationships and manages the project lifecycle for projects in over 100 languages. Job Description: Respond to client requests for new projects. Collaborate with the production team to assess scope and produce cost estimates for localization and translation projects. Initiate project work by providing detailed budgets, schedules, and instructions. Address potential pitfalls to ensure successful completion. Support new business efforts by attending sales meetings, participating in calls, preparing RFPs, and entertaining clients. Learn about clients’ industries, business needs, and culture. Educate the project team, identify new opportunities, and provide high-quality service. Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and deliver high-quality results. Serve as the main contact and liaison between clients and internal staff. Set and manage client expectations. Desired Skills and Experience: 1-3 years of client-facing or account management experience. Bachelor’s Degree from a 3-year college or university. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Project is a plus. Experience in translation or localization is preferred. Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages, and develop practical solutions. For senior roles: familiarity with web technologies, desktop publishing, databases, translation memory tools, etc. Willingness to travel for client or sales meetings. Ability to multitask, work well with diverse teams, build client relationships, work independently, solve problems proactively, and deliver excellent service.
