As a Placement Leader, you will be responsible for leading placement activities across the IMEA region, strengthening market relationships, and providing tailored placement solutions for clients in the Energy & Power sector. You will oversee a team of brokers, ensuring alignment with key hub relationships in London and Singapore, and driving innovative strategies to meet complex client needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of brokers, coordinating workloads to meet client demands effectively. Develop and implement placement strategies using your risk expertise and industry knowledge. Foster relationships with carriers and underwriters to create innovative solutions. Audit and finalize commission structures per client agreements. Monitor market conditions and communicate major developments to clients and teams. Contribute to internal networks and the development of new products. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in a placement broker role within the Energy & Power sector. Strong understanding of risk management and insurance market dynamics. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Preferred Attributes: Experience developing innovative placement solutions for complex needs. Established relationships with key industry carriers and underwriters.
