Description
The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and reliable transportation of students and passengers, while maintaining high standards of customer service. The SDM leads and supports the service delivery teams within the assigned cluster, works in close coordination with schools and internal departments, and ensures full compliance with STS Group standards and all relevant regulatory requirements. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills. • Proficient in MS Office with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. • 5+ years’ experience in school transport or related industry. • Knowledge of school transport operations and local regulatory frameworks. • Valid UAE driving license. • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
