This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and compliance of our operations.What You Will Do Invoicing for Units of Commercial Vehicles (CV) and rental invoicing for Commercial Vehicles – Hino and Toyota Motors Handling Equipment (TMHE) Validating Sales Order Conditions and recovery account balance before invoicing Issuing gate passes for invoiced units Liaising with Central Finance on DP allocation, returns, and rebilling Managing VAT refunds for export billing Submitting export BOE in SAP Ensuring compliance with defined policies and SOPs, and highlighting any discrepancies to managers in a timely manner Following up on accounts receivable with the business Liaising with Business Managers on overdue accounts Calculating expected collections and provision releases Conducting monthly stock reconciliation and IND verification Handling Capex requests for all divisions of Hino and Toyota Motors Handling Equipment (TMHE) Ensuring compliance with procurement SOPs on quotes, vendor selection, etc Reviewing and analyzing recovery and upselling accounts Reviewing AFSS reports and submitting clearing transactions to AFSS Uploading budgets in SAP/IFRP and generating upload files for IFRP (Flat file) Creating upload tables for SAP Liaising with various Al Futtaim Group departments like Central Finance, Group Legal, EIT, Group Admin, Group HR Monitoring and managing general ledgers and assisting in balance sheet substantiation Establishing key financial performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and creating measurement and governance dashboards based on these Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Preparing dashboards for monthly presentations Evaluating business decisions and reviewing financial impacts Required Skills To Be Successful Accounting professional qualification (Bachelors in Accounting and Finance, MBA-Finance) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Projects) 3 to 5 years of well-rounded experience in the field of Finance & Accounting Strong core finance technical skills, processes, infrastructure, and systems About The Team As a Branch Accountant, you will be reporting to the Branch Account Manager.What Equips You For The Role Experience with ERP (preferably SAP, BPC) Proven expertise in financial and management accounting About Al-Futtaim Automotive A major division of the UAE-based Al-Futtaim Group of companies, Al-Futtaim Automotive is an industry leader with presence in 10 countries across the Middle East, Asia and Africa.Our core business activities at Al-Futtaim Automotive include distribution, manufacturing, leasing and aftersales, and we are firmly established as the regional representative of some of the world’s most iconic automotive brands: Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Volvo and RAM.We are driven by a customer-centric approach, constantly pushing the boundaries on innovation, quality standards, and value-added service across our vast universe of customers - right from motoring enthusiasts to fleet operators to contractors.
