Maintain organized records of all contracts and vendor documentation for easy access and audits. Track contract timelines, renewals, and compliance with agreed terms. Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations to align contracts with broader business objectives. Have 4-6 years of experience in contract management or procurement within the real estate or commercial sector. Be well-versed in drafting, reviewing, and tracking procurement/service contracts with a strong understanding of local UAE regulations. Demonstrate strong coordination skills, working effectively across departments like legal, finance, and operations. Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing contract databases and renewal schedules.
