Draftsman

Prepare detailed architectural civil structural or MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) drawings based on rough sketches specifications and calculations from engineers or architects.Use CAD software (Auto CAD Revit etc.) to create 2D and 3D drawings.Revise drawings as per feedback from engineers site team or consultants.Ensure that all drawings comply with the relevant codes standards and company guidelines.Maintain a well-organized library of updated drawings and documentation.Coordinate with site engineers project teams and contractors for updates and changes.Assist in quantity take-off and estimation based on approved drawings.Perform site visits when required to collect data or verify existing conditions.
