Telesales Representative

Experience Required: Minimum 3-4 Years in Real Estate Recruitment in UAE About Us: Signature Collection Realty is a leading real estate company specializing in premium properties across Dubai. We are seeking motivated telesales professionals to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Make 150–200 outbound/inbound calls daily to potential clients. Follow up on inquiries generated from campaigns, websites, and portals. Schedule property viewings and update CRM system regularly. Provide accurate and basic information about properties to clients. Maintain and develop client relationships to increase sales opportunities. Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing within the real estate brokerage industry (mandatory) in UAE. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office tools. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
