Prepare and process payments to local and overseas suppliers, utilities, and staff payables. Maintain accurate journals, debit notes, payment vouchers, and daily cash flow reports. Perform bank reconciliations, payables reconciliation, and daily sales reporting. Handle invoice encoding, check preparation and release, and petty cash management. Coordinate and support year-end audit and sales certification audits. Track and adjust goods in transit and reconcile inventory monthly. Maintain organized financial filing systems and ensure compliance with Finance SOPs. Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and auditors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries. Encode invoices daily using Navision ERP and ensure data alignment with POS and system records. Generate and share cash flow reports and sales reports with leadership and principals as scheduled. Participate in stock-take and store cash count activities as needed. Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business and employee information. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
