We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Design Architect / Project Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of exciting architectural projects. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design to construction. Work closely with clients consultants and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Develop design concepts and prepare detailed architectural drawings and presentations. Coordinate project teams and ensure all design and construction phases are executed in compliance with regulations and quality standards. Supervise and guide junior architects and design staff. Review and approve design proposals ensuring they align with the projects goals and vision. Manage project timelines budgets and resources efficiently. Ensure that designs are innovative functional and sustainable. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field. Proven experience 5 years) in architectural design and project management. Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and a range of project types. Proficiency in design software (Auto CAD Revit Sketch Up Rhino Adobe Suite etc.. Excellent knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment. Immediate availability to join the team. UAEbased applicants or those with valid UAE work permits will be prioritized.
