Description
Responsibilities and Duties Achieve budgeted revenue for the assigned territory – Brand wise. Ensure cash collection on delivery of products. Efficient utilisation of the schemes and budgets to maximise Sales & visibility. Regular updates to Sales Supervisor on market and competitors activities in assigned route/territory. Achieve sales targets of assigned brands in his territory. Follow sales route diligently. Ensure availability of goods in all assigned brands at the outlet. Stock rotation if required to eliminate market returns. Cash sales collection and on-time closing of books. Ensure availability of sufficient stock of all the SKU’s in the Van. Efficient use of the schemes as per the company norms to increase sales. Develop and maintain good rapport with customers. Provide proper service to trade as per the frequency of coverage. Distribution expansion through outlets additions and range selling. Report day-to-day activities to the concerned Team Leader. Maintain vehicle in proper condition. Coordinate product recall as per norms. Adhere to the systems and code of conduct of the company. Qualifications and Skills 2-4 years FMCG experience required.
