The Commis Chef - Bakery is responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and ensuring courteous, professional, and efficient service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards. Achieve the highest standards in hygiene and food safety as per HACCP guidelines to ensure the food served to guests is of the highest quality and standard. Support the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in daily operations and take full responsibility for your section and tasks assigned by your supervisor. Candidates should have 1 year of work experience as a Commis Chef or 2 years as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards, basic culinary skills, and good hygiene knowledge.
