Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Account Manager to lead thepromotion and sales of Health Information Systems across the UAE and GCC markets. Theideal candidate will have deep knowledge of healthcare IT and a proven record in managingkey accounts, developing new business, and delivering tailored solutions to healthcareproviders.The role requires familiarity with technologies including Hospital Information Systems(HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and other digital health platforms. The candidate mustunderstand the healthcare ecosystem, regulatory environment, and public/privatehealthcare procurement dynamics within the UAE and GCC. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare clients including hospitals, clinics, and government health authorities across the UAE and GCC. · Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for Health Information Systems (HIS, EMR, RIS, LIS, PACS, etc.). · Lead the complete sales process including prospecting, product presentation, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closure. · Collaborate with technical teams to prepare customized solution proposals tailored to client requirements. · Stay up to date with regional healthcare initiatives and digital transformation programs in the GCC healthcare sector. · Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers, including CIOs, CMOs, and IT/clinical heads. · Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and local tender procedures. Maintain CRM records, track sales performance, and report progress to senior management. · Attend regional health tech events, exhibitions, and forums to represent the company and develop new leads. · Support post-sales engagement to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. · Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on HIS and digital health solutions in the UAE/GCC. · Strong understanding of health informatics, clinical workflows, and public health IT systems. · Proven success in selling to ministries of health, healthcare authorities, and large private healthcare groups. · Experience in responding to government tenders, RFPs, and health sector procurement processes. · Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. · Willingness to travel frequently across the GCC region. · UAE driving license preferred.
