You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive agency growth, while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of agents. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement. Agency Development: Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for team members.
