Perform treatments related to the practitioner’s field of expertise. Follow all Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for treatments/services. Stay informed about features and benefits of treatments and services. Promote and sell treatments, packages, and products to clients. Upsell and cross-sell products and treatments within scope. Maintain accurate and efficient client files. Perform opening and closing duties. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager. Temporarily transfer to other centers if requested. Manage and update relevant data. Report client concerns or complaints promptly to the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager.
