POSITION AVAILABLE: Project Coordinator for the Market Research company
Position Requirements.
1.Calling target customers & explain Mystery Audit details.
2.Good convincing power and effective communication.
3.Queries handling and ability to sustain a conversation.
4.Making appropriate records of dialogue for call status.
Key Role and Responsibilities Includes:
1.Co-ordination with shoppers of different regions through call/skype/email.
2.Scheduling and ensuring that audits and audit reports are completed.
3.Discuss project related concerns and challenges and possible solutions with the Resource Manager and Key Account Manager.
Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
Education- Graduate with min 1/2+ yrs experience in similar role or handled the outbound calls/recruitments of various regions
Competency Skills:
Good communication skills.
Getting things done with results
To deliver the required standards
Ability to prioritize and multitask & meet deadlines
Strong customer service mind-set and ability to foster good client relationships
Location: Manila
Reports to Resource Manager.
Industry - Customer experience research/ Market research
Compensation - Upto USD 350 per month.
