The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing electronics and mobile phones from online platforms, wholesalers, and suppliers at competitive prices. This role is critical to ensuring that our store consistently offers high-quality products at affordable rates.

Responsibilities

Research and source electronics and cellphones from online marketplaces, suppliers, and distributors.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve cost savings.

Monitor market trends, product availability, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Verify product quality, specifications, and authenticity before purchase.

Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure timely order processing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for long-term business partnerships.

Coordinate with the inventory and sales team to ensure adequate stock levels and product assortment.

Identify new products and brands to expand the product portfolio.

Job Specification

Requirements:

Proven experience in sourcing or purchasing electronics, preferably in e-commerce.

Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (e.g., Alibaba, Amazon, e Bay, Ali Express, etc.).

Good understanding of electronics and mobile phone brands, models, and specifications.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven purchasing decisions.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
