Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive, experienced and passionate technical writer for the technical documentation efforts across all Tether products. This role covers documentation for our open source projects and our platform products, including public npm modules and a robust, modular codebase.

Responsibilities

Proactively update the documentation to match the rapid development pace of the development team.

Write and improve documentation, guides, FAQs, and related content.

Develop high-quality proof of concept applications and example snippets.

Monitor community questions and issues and improve documentation to support them.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Node.js developing high-quality, clean and efficient code is mandatory.

1+ years of experience in writing technical documentation.

Experience with Git and Markdown is essential.

Experience with C/C++ is a nice to have.

Passion and experience working with open source technologies.

Remote collaboration: experience in remote collaboration and communication in a globally distributed team is essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of Node.js development experience.

1+ years of technical writing experience.

Proficiency with Git and Markdown.

Familiarity with C/C++ is a plus.

Open source experience and willingness to contribute to public projects.

Strong communication skills in English and ability to work remotely.
