About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to lead our team in Lahore. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically proficient individual with proven leadership skills and international experience to join our growing company. You will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of diverse projects, working closely with a talented team and interacting with international clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

Manage project workloads, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Oversee the design and analysis of building structures using relevant software (Revit, Auto CAD, Tekla & Stad Pro).

Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and reports.

Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress.

Collaborate effectively with architects, clients, and contractors.

Attend meetings and communicate effectively with international clients in fluent English.

Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.

Contribute to the growth and development of the structural engineering team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Structural Engineering.

4+ years of proven experience in structural design and analysis.

Demonstrated experience in a team lead role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

Proficiency in structural analysis software (Revit, Auto CAD, Tekla, Stad Pro).

Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

International work experience is highly preferred.
