Recruitment Funnel Analytics: Review recruitment metrics such as application flow, pass rates, and interview-to-hire ratios; strengthen forecasting for applicant supply and expected hiring volume; suggest improvements to workflows and funnel efficiency.

Reporting and Dashboards: Develop dashboards and reports for Recruitment, Sales, CS, and Ops; prepare monthly workforce and people insights for leadership; ensure consistent and accurate views of people data across teams.

Data Governance and AI Support: Partner with Engineering and Data Management to maintain data accuracy; support AI-based tools such as health scores, bandwidth scores, and internal dashboards; identify and resolve gaps in data collection and structure.
