About the Job

The role involves working in a dynamic environment with senior backend developers, product managers, and leadership to build mobile versions of our AI solutions. The applications must be high performance, lightweight, and highly intuitive to cater to a variety of audiences.

You will develop cutting‑edge mobile applications integrating crypto wallets and De Fi features, contribute to backend components when needed, provide technical leadership, guide mobile engineering best practices, and support peers through reviews and mentoring.

Responsibilities

Lead a small group of React Native engineers, drive architectural decisions, enforce coding standards, and ensure timely high‑quality delivery.

Design and build advanced cross‑platform applications for i OS and Android using React Native, review work from other engineers to ensure quality and architectural alignment, and contribute to backend services or APIs when required.

Work closely with backend developers, integrate Java Script SDKs, libraries, and backend services into mobile applications, and extend backend logic when needed to complete end‑to‑end features.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions.

Own and define patterns for state management, navigation, performance, modularization, and security across mobile applications.

Mandatory

Extensive experience with React, React‑Native (mainly Expo), Redux, and core principles surrounding these.

Highly proficient in Java Script and ES6+.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.

Familiarity with modern front‑end pipelines and tools.

Experience with native modules (C++), Web Sockets, RESTful APIs.

Experience in Swift/Objective‑C (i OS) or Kotlin/Java (Android) for low‑level implementation.

Proven experience leading or mentoring mobile engineers.

Demonstrated ability to own architecture for large‑scale React Native applications.

Strong decision‑making skills in evaluating frameworks, tooling, and mobile development patterns.

Experience with backend development using Node or similar environments, with ability to implement or adjust APIs and services that power mobile features.

Comfortable working across the stack when required, while maintaining strong depth in mobile development.
