TELESALES

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirement: Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/associate course certificate

• Basic computer skills

• Assertive and able to communicate clearly

• Ability to close a sale over the phone by introducing financial product to existing clients

• Required Skills: persuasive, persistent, telephone skills, customer focus, closing skills, organization, high energy level

• Tagalog and/or Cebuano speaking



CUSTOMER SERVICE

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirement: Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/associate course certificate

• Basic computer skills

• Has good communication skills

• Able to multi task and able to adapt quickly to change

• Ensure that all customers concerns are handled and addressed in a timely and professional manner

• Address emails and chat communications in a timely manner

• Deal and help resolve customer complaints

• Able to maintain composure under pressure/ difficult customer interaction

• Tagalog and/or Cebuano speaking


BACK OFFICE & REGISTRATION

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirement: Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/associate course certificate

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to multi task

• Must have average analytical skills

• Can work under pressure

• Keen to details

• Previous work experience not necessary

• Tagalog and/or Cebuano speaking


UNDERWRITING & WELCOME CALL

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirement: Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/associate course certificate

• Basic computer skills

• Understanding the clients' needs through effective listening and asking questions

• Conducts Tele verification calls politely, courteously, professionally & assertively

• Communicating relevant information to internal & external clients as applicable

• Adhering to agreed processes, meeting required work standards, targets & objectives

• Provide accurate information to clients.

• Assisting clients' regarding their inquiries

• Has a solid background in administration

• Characterized by focus, speed and attention to details including any other related positive characteristics as applicable.

• Tagalog and/or Cebuano speaking
