Responsibilities:
- To source for new land by JV or land tender for growth of the property development arm of companies
- To meet the Real Estate Business Development KPI for new deals
- To carry out the following work during Pre-Acquisition Investment Stage
- Networking, Market Survey, BOT
- To obtain or carry out Land & Topography Survey
- University or College Degree in Marketing, Economics with fluent English language ;
- Minimum 20 years' working experience with Property Development / Real Estate Agents
- Minimum 5 years in high rise mixed Development Project ;
- Held senior management positions in Property Development / Marketing Agents organizations.
