 Sourcing and Screening Of candidates.

 Responsible for End to End recruitment.

 Candidate should have good communication skills with positive attitude.

 Should be target oriented and have the ability to handle various tasks.

 Should have the ability to work in a team and individual.

 Optimal use of different sources like job-portals, networking, cold-calling, Headhunting etc.

 Initial screening and short-listing of candidates to match client requirements in terms of Skills, Communication, Experience and Education.

 Coordinating with Client & candidates for a smooth flow of selection process (Interviews/ test / and other rounds).

 Once offered follow-up with them to ensure joining.

 Must be smart and dedicated in work.
