Job Description:

• Create Social media materials for sales/marketing purpose.
• Develop graphic design works such as marketing collaterals, brochures, flyers, or banners (both digital and print-based).
• Produce creative, inventive and compelling storyboards in accordance with the script and pre-established creative style and technical guidelines of the project
• Attend and be able to contribute valuable inputs to shoots and meetings
• Edit footage into specifications created during the storyboarding process
• Animate assets in engaging, compelling, and creative manner
• Create and develop advertisements, illustrations, and other creative outputs.
• Follow Design Guidelines to make any creatives consistent as a brand.
• Flexible and willing to perform the various task as required.
• Communicate with the global design team to catch up with the updates.

Requirements:

Must-haves

Design knowledge, skills and mindset

• Knowledge in Adobe After Effects, Animate and Adobe Character Animator
  
• Mastery of design principles
• Knowledge in advertising / marketing principles
• Strong typography and illustration skills
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects
• Keen eye for details

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to both work independently and collaborate within a team.
• Ability to plan and ;   
• Ability to select, train, and coach other creative specialists
• Excellent time management skills

• Able to grasp academic concepts and present them in ways the audience will understand and be engaged
• Preferably more than 2 years of experience in producing marketing and/or advertisement materials

• Knowledge in Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Audition
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience developing animation for either commercial or personal purposes

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree () in Fine Arts, Multimedia arts, Visual Communication or equivalents.
• Master's Degree is an advantage
