JOB SUMMARY
Our Client, the organization behind one of the biggest urban development projects in Bahrain, is looking to hire a proactive, self-driven Bahraini Property & Real estate Specialist to handle a large-scale commercial real estate portfolio.
The Bahraini Property & Real estate Specialist leads daily operations of retail and commercial property management, supporting leasing, tenant relations, operating, maintenance, security, reporting, janitorial services, and landscaping.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop strategic plans for tenants mix and rental rates to align with project feasibility study.
2. Liaison with technical and operations teams to provide exceptional quality on work flows and service delivery.
3. Oversee day-to-day tenant management including tenant relations, lease renewals, lease variations, lease surrenders, tenant selection, collection and deposit of finances, and rent evictions, when necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate should be qualified with Bachelor's degree in related field (such as Business, Retail management or Retail Real Estate) with minimum three (3) years of related experience in property management. Should have excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to articulately manage negotiations, disagreements or disputes. Knowledge of lease management and technical understanding of commercial facilities is essential. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
