Designation:-

Warehouse cum Logistics Executive

Requirements:-

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in related field 
• Minimum 3 years related working experience in logistics and warehousing operations 
• Required skills:- Microsoft applications Office 
• Language proficient in English and Malays both verbal and written 
• Capable to coordinate works effectively with logistics agents, Port Authorities, purchasing, sales, marketing and finance team 
• Language proficient in English and Malays both verbal and written 
• Familiar with warehouse operations, custom clearance and forwarding related matters is added advantage 

Job Description:-

• To coordinate of day-to-day logistics and warehousing operations including of custom clearance for import and export, local deliveries to customers with the countries at southern region of Asia 
• To plan, arrange, implement and monitor of delivery schedule to ensure customer's orders are deliver in shortest time frame 
• To prepare documentation for import permits, tax exemption, custom clear, shipping, trucking, air and sea freight related matters 
• To liaise and coordinate with logistics agents, Port Authorities, purchasing, sales, marketing and finance team 
• To receive and issue stocks by verifying quantities, conditions and types against purchase or delivery orders 
• To check and verify records of stock cards and perform periodic replenishment, missing and damaged of stock
