Location: Kingdom of Bahrain
About Employer: Our Customer is a chic and trendy Japanese lounge and restaurant in one of the districts of Bahrain. Its' main goal is to establish innovative customer service in different sectors and deliver to guests international high quality standards. Constant development of the Restaurant provides to the personnel good career development and work in the multinational environment.
Working conditions:
• Work and residence permit paid by customer
• Official salary 400 USD + tips USD+ bonus
• Official employment contract for 2 years
• Comfortable accommodation - shared room
• Air ticket, duty meals
• Full medical insurance, paid vacation
• Lots of trainings in different departments of restaurant
Responsibilities:
• Ensure beverages are correctly made and served to the guest in time.
• Maintain a clean, presentable and organized work area at all times.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked and organized at all times in accordance with SOP
• Attend scheduled training sessions and team meetings as requested by management.
• Compliance with all Hygiene and Health & Safety practices, rules and regulations.
Requirements:
• Minimum work experience in customer service/ fresh graduate
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
• Customer driven and an extremely proactive
• Active, open-minded personality
