About Employer:
It is a luxury and famous club in Qatar and it has a reputation as the leading family club within Doha, Qatar. The club provides recreational, leisure and dining facilities for senior government staff, top businessmen, members of the diplomatic and their families.
Working conditions:
• Work and residence permit paid by customer
• Official salary 1640-3290$ + 20% Market Adjustment Allowance (salary will be based on the experience and qualification of the candidates)
• Unlimited contract
• Transportation, duty meals
• Accommodation for family or single accommodation
• Telephone allowance
• Air ticket + 1 for family member (if both)
• Full medical insurance, paid vacation
Responsibilities:
• Manage the total sales effort of the resort (membership sales, F&B and Recreation Sales promotional activities)
• Meet with prospective clients; provide them with the necessary information about the Resort
• Develop and maintain active cooperation with the General Manager and all other department heads
• Responsible for the selection, training and development of efficient sales department staff
• Prepare and modify the resort's Sales Plan as necessary to ensure best possible results.
• Actively socialize and interact with members and customers
• Provide a Monthly Membership Report
Requirements:
• Work experience as Sales Manager (3-5 years min)
• Experience in Hospitality industry is an advantage
• Fluent English speaker (Arabic language is an advantage)
• Good communicative and management skills
• Active, self-motivated person
